  Rude woman that answers the phone, she never explained that you have to have cash waiting for the driver when he arrives and has a go at you when you explain to her she never explained such rules. Avoid this skip company, she needs customer training or sacking!

  Just picked up my skip full of concrete, bricks and flags very heavy.
  I am doing a favour for an old widow neighbour who lost her husband around 5 weeks ago and she is very ill.
  Broke everything up in one day with a 14lb hammer and loaded the skip in a day so that I could have good start the next day and start building the wall .
  Well they picked it up at 6.20am and did not put any timber under the back leg rams and have made 2 big holes in the pavement and smashed the old footings that I was going to use to build the wall on and now I have to go and get stone more cement and sand and put in new footings thank you.
  Reported to the council for damage to the pavement.
  Update
  Lost me 2 days re-digging the old footings, letting the new footings go off and £80.00 in materials . I have him on cctv at 6.20am picking the skip up with the front of the wagon in mid air until the skip is on the back.
  Not even an apology from them and if the council does not bill them they will keep doing it.
